Get a server ready

Add the bot, register the server, set a tournament staff role, configure announcement channels, then link and publish a start.gg tournament.

Invite AbsurdTourney Command Reference
Start in a private test channel first. Once the announcement embeds look right, switch the configured channels to the real tournament channels.

Invite the bot

Use the invite button and add AbsurdTourney to your Discord server.

Register the server

Run /tourney register-guild as the server owner or a user with Manage Server.

Set tournament staff

Run /tourney permissions set-role and choose the role allowed to manage tournaments.

Set announcement channels

Run /tourney channels set for announcements, signups/drops, matches, or admin notices.

Link start.gg

Run /tourney link with a real start.gg tournament URL.

Publish public embeds

Run /tourney publish tournament and /tourney publish events.
