AbsurdTourney may store Discord server IDs, server names, role IDs, channel IDs, configuration settings, audit log entries, and command-related operational logs.
The bot caches linked start.gg tournament data such as tournament IDs, event IDs, event names, entrant counts, entrants, matches/sets, and sync timestamps so Discord commands can respond without repeatedly hammering the start.gg API.
When server staff publish tournament or event embeds, those messages are posted into the configured Discord channels for that server. Server staff control which channels are used.
OAuth-based Discord/start.gg identity linking is planned for later. When that feature is added, this policy should be updated before broad use.
Server owners or authorized administrators may request removal of stored server configuration and cached tournament data. Removing the bot from a server may disable related configuration.
